Return & Refund Policy
Made-to-order products
All Soul Rise products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please make sure to carefully check the size guide and product details before placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
In most cases, a return of the item is not required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Made-to-order or customized products

Items ordered in the wrong size

Items returned due to change of mind

Items showing signs of wear or use

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an issue is approved, a replacement will be provided or a refund will be issued where applicable.
European Union cooling-off period
In accordance with European Union consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or customized products.
Refunds
If your issue is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
